This rental is located roughly 3.5 miles from BYUI and is located above the garage of our home.
The two bedroom, one bath furnished apartment gives you the perfect combination of country living and convenience.
We may be biased, but the location has beautiful views all around and great roads to run and bike on.
The kitchen has several cabinets for storage and a bar with two barstools.
It also includes a kitchen table and two chairs. There is a dishwasher and over the range microwave.
Living room is big enough to comfortably hold a sofa and love seat. Bedroom has an attic feel with an angled ceiling.
Built in shelves along wall create nice storage options for clothing. There is a Queen size memory foam mattress provided.
The bathroom fits a stacked washer and dryer nicely and has a shower.
The apartment has gray colored walls, white trim, and neutral colored carpets throughout.
We also have a 26' climbing wall, indoor gym, and outdoor fire pit on our property which renters are welcome to use at their own risk.

$550 rent per month includes Garbage and Internet
$300 Deposit
Renter is responsible for own tv and utilities (depending on usage and season, could range from $50 - 125)
NO PETS, SMOKING, ALCOHOL, or DRUGS ALLOWED
Preferably looking for single or young married couple without children
Approximately 800 sq. ft
Looking for year contract, but willing to work from BYUI semester schedules: we prorate $19/day when contract doesn’t begin on 1st of month or end at end of month.
Available to move in now.
