It is located roughly 3.5 miles from BYUI. The perfect combination of country living and convenience. We may be biased, but the location has beautiful views all around and great roads to run and bike on. It is a 3 bedroom, one bath dwelling above a 2 car shop that is located next to our home. It has a vaulted open kitchen and living room with a propane fireplace for heat. The main living area has taupe colored walls and white trim and neutral colored carpets throughout. It is very bright and open and ventilates well with windows on every side. There is a dishwasher, over the range microwave, large corner pantry, and garbage disposal. There is a washer and a propane gas dryer provided. The garage, which is connected to the house, has a garage door opener. Loft storage areas make it nice for any extra items you may need to store. We also have a 26' climbing wall in the back of the garage, which we access once in a while through the garage. The renters are welcome to use at their own risk. Below is a breakdown of other questions you may have:

$650 rent per month includes Electricity and Garbage (we reserve the right to increase $ if electricity usage is abused)

$300 Deposit

Renter is responsible for own TV, Phone, Internet, & Propane
