Located roughly 3.5 miles from BYUI, this is the perfect combination of country living and convenience. We may be biased, but the location has beautiful views all around and great roads for walks, runs, and/or bike rides. This unfurnished, 3-bedroom, one bath dwelling is situated above a 2-car shop that is located next to our home. The open kitchen and living area, with white walls and neutral colored carpets, ventilates well with windows on every side. Appliances include dishwasher, over the range microwave, large corner pantry, and washer and dryer. The large pantry and loft storage areas make it nice for items that need to be stored. The north bay of shop is the renter’s garage and comes with door opener. Renters can also schedule to use our family climbing wall, gym, and fire pit area to enjoy with friends.
