The Challenge

Mason saw me running tonight to train for the bone to back run next Saturday.  He asked me how high I went I told him 1100 feet.  He said, "I want to go 1200".  So he hopped on and ran full speed at 25% grade, 100, 400, 600, 800, 1100, 1200, 1230 was his final tally before I pulled the plug.  He was making me look bad, here I just ran a marathon and though I was in shape and Mason takes me no sweat.  Of course Lily wanted to give it a try too. Tough kids.

I told Mason that if he could do that, then he can run all the way to the cabin on the hill tomorrow night on our camp out.  We will let you know how it goes.

Nice work Mason. You keep pushing you dad so he doesn’t get too soft. I was really impressed with your mountain biking skills. You are quite the athlete. Keep it up.
