I think Olivia’s favorite part of Christmas is all of the Candy! She just can’t seem to get enough of it, and she has been staying up well until 11:00- 12:00 pm every night. I think candy is her fuel. She has been playing with the toy Mason gave her for Christmas when she can break away from the candy. He gave her a Leap Frog Caterpillar that says the letter names, sounds, and plays music. My friend Dana was over a couple of days ago, and Olivia was showing her the caterpillar. Dana tested her knowledge by asking her where random letters were, and to our astonishment she knew at least half of them! I am a definite believer in the Leap Frog products now. Olivia was so excited to talk about Santa Claus and sing about him, but when the time came to sit on Santa’s lap – she was a nervous Nelly. We got her to pose for a picture only because Lex was sitting there with her. It has been fun to listen to Olivia sing “Santa Claus is coming to town,” and her favorite, “Jingle Bells.”
