We went on a little hike to Bloomington Lake during our Parker Reunion. To everyone’s delight there was a 40′ rope swing there to try out. Here are some shots of Alexis being adventerous. Check out how high above her head the rope is, she got some air.
Lily by the Lilies
We were getting our family photos taken the other day, and Lily got to get her pic by these beautiful lilies at the BYUI Gardens. The lily flower is a symbol of purity. We love our Lily…she brings our familiy a lot of joy.

Mason’s first big hike
7 1/2 miles, 8 years old, over 10000′ not bad for a first timer. Today Mason climbed Mount Jefferson. He surprised us all with his stamina, he was the first to the top of the over 10000 foot peak and also the first to return to the cars. “What a hiker” the other youth would say as he ran up the trail ahead of the group. He has proven he has the “Parker Blood” he wanted to stay ahead and be the first to the top, even though his little legs were tired. His heart kept him moving along. Great Job Mason.

Mason the Snake Charmer
Mason and Matt were happy to be reunited at our Parker Family Reunion. They immediately began their adventures…whittling things out of wood, teasing girls, riding bikes, making guns out of tree stumps, digging holes in sand and making kingdoms of sand castles, Geo Caching, eating marshmallows, catching bugs, but the smiles got really big when they proudly showed of their beloved snake. Now that was a great day!

My tool is broken
My favorite Tool is broken. My tractor broke in half under my feet, so now I have to save up and sell the parts off this one to get me a new one. It is just too handy to have around. Let the work begin. There is a fellow in the ward who sells tractors and he is trying to tempt me to get one from him.

"Purr"fect Friends
“Kittay, kittay. Come Here Kittay.” Olivia has two new friends, Aerial and Socks, our cats. She is an eager friend, willing to chase them however far they want to roam. Remember Darla from “Finding Nemo”? As soon as she captures her “kittay” she hugs it with a one handed hold, feeling so proud. This makes us all smile!
